You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be returned in the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5β10 business days.
π Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To expedite resolution:
- Include clear photos of the damage
- Provide your order number

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
π Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you'd like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description or photo of the issue

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or special-order products
π Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping
